Spicy Chicken Curry - A different way

Ingredients
Chicken, medium pieces - 1 kg
Onion, sliced - 6
Tomato,sliced - 5
Green Chilly, sliced - 3
Chicken cubes - 2
Salt - to taste
Water

Marinade
Soy Sauce - 3 tbsp
Vinegar - 5 tbsp
Red Chilly powder - 3 tbsp

Marinate the chicken pieces in the soy sauce, vinegar and red chilly powder. Leave for an hour.

Take a wide non-stick vessel and add the chicken along with all other ingredients. Cover and cook on medium heat. Check in between to make sure that there is enough water for the chicken to cook in. If not, add water from time to time.

The curry is ready when the chicken pieces are tender and the onion and tomato becomes a gravy. This should take about an hour.

NOTE: You don't have to use any oil for this preparation
